So, write to the Attorney General's office in Illinos, Chicago. Document & write every details of the fraudes that you experienced with CIT. Every details including the many many calls & mean people that you had to deal with at
CIT! Any "threatening words" that CIT used make sure you write it down & document it in your letter to the Attorney General's office & the thousands of dollars that they want you to pay for!! Write everything down to the Attorney's General's office. It will take about 2weeks for a response.

Close your bank account, so they can't withdraw any more $ from your company!

I am looking for attorney to sue NPMG and Lease Finance Group and is willing to contribute to the case too.

Just cancel the contract and return the equipment, have attorney call them. They cannot do anything to you.

I read many cases in this site, also in other site. These company team up by centralized Lease Finance Group LLC as a leader.

Lease finance Group LLC use many of corupted company and some individual do all dirty lease for them, after the signup, the only one you will deal is Lease FInance Group LLC, the rest of them are hard to find, you may call them 100 times without return call.

They try to act as legal leasing comapny by using NON_CANCELABLE LEASE to scare of lessee, they did turn many default merchant to Credit report.

Many time we ask ourself, is it legal? I think it is, the only illegal is non disclosed the lease is non cancelable and all verbal promise from sale person is never on record.
How do we fight back, it is a uphill battle, it will not a shortcut effort, until all of you can get together to plan, it still far from readiness, you know these company use many good Lawyers to plan these scam, they try to legalized all paper work, how to deal with merchant when they find out their status and most of us is fighting alone. All of their action, most of you already seen so far.

I think all of you have to unitedtofight, get all information, planning to sue these people at same time, protest in front of their business (most effective than any lawsuit).

Files complain to FTC and Gerenal Attorney Office as other people suggest, it will take time, but it work well in long run. These company will settle, when they feel any merchant will fight to the end.

Call your State organization that is responsible for Sales Tax. LFG is charging me sales Tax but our Board of Equalization has no record of the Company. I have demanded an itemized monthly staement showing sales tax as required by California as well as their Certificate of Registration Use. This part of the State Government along with the IRS really cares when someone is cheating on taxes.

Starting next week I will be using some of my advertising budget to find other people being scammed. Both Los Angeles Newspapers will be running.
