I am the next victim of these rip-off scheme, i wish this site can do better expand, so many other will not be the next victim.
I sign contract with Ms Diana Moya, i confuse on the equipment, so i do not want to sign, she told sign it and they will hold for 3 days.
I check the terminal on Ebat cost 350.00, they want 4500.00 for 5 years. I call for 3 days no reply even i leave 3 messages. Mr Brandon call me back on the third day, i said i want to cancel becuase equipment cost too much, i get little polite so i told him i will discuss to see if i am ok i will call back.
3 days later the equipment send in on Arp-20-2006.
I call for couple days leave message but no return call. Finally i get Mr. Brandon on the phone, i tell him i will tape the conversation. He claim he turn the leasing paper to leasing company on Arp-20-2006. I told him he lie because the box was send on Arp-18-2006.
I call NIT fax me the lease, on the lease i saw Mr Brandon signature and date 04-20-06, the story likely match, but how come the Fedex has the box by Arp-18-2006. I believe they team up try to fix the paper work.
But the problem is the lease is not the same one i get in the box, the fax from NPMG to NIT on the top part show date is tamper. So i think they did process the lease on Arp-14-2006 and now they team up to fis it to Arp-20-2006. I think it is illegal process.
I did talk to the Lawyer, we will file complaint again them, i want these criminal like pay for their rip-off.
By the way RIP did draw from my bank first 89.00, i do not know i cancel it or just leave it there for evident.
I do not know if the compny like NIT fix the date of fax, is it illegal? Can we file complaint to State of Texas.
I try whatever i can to prevent the next vitimized by these money thirsty company.
It is hard to make money on these days, plus this ripoff company, how we can survive. I filed complaint with BBB and some other site before i found this.
Wish me luck on the law suit again these scammer.
