nrg binary unauthorized trading on my account Nicasio CY internet

First of all I appreciate this site for providing an Avenue for people to actually voice outunheard concerns from companies who promised to take care of them and yet did not deliver to that promise.

I am new in trading and was hoping that NRG Binary would provide me the best experience in this field. Instead I am totally giving up on trading altogether due to the lack of integrity of this company. Before I wrote this report I have emailed for the third time binary support people, I have also contacted people on live chat regarding my issue and am still waiting on my account manager or senior broker to ring me back and still nothing is being solved. 

There is unauthorized trading on my account and the last time I brought this up with the broker that rang me, he said it is automatic trades that just comes out of my account which rang big alarm bells for me and decided to withdraw my initial deposit of 1000USD which I still haven't received yet. Yesterday when I opened my account there was 1517usd in it and today when I  checked my account there is now 1397usd left without even me doing anything to it. I emailed them about this and no response given.

I also want to bring this question to this platform..is this legal at all? To open trades from your account without even you knowing anything about it. I tried banc De binary after opening my account with nrgbinary and up to now I have the same balance that I put in there without any money taken off from it because I did not open any trades on it. I don't know why nrg binary is different unless something us really going on.

I have already sent an email to nrgbinary support team as well as the broker who rang me to close my account for the third time and still nothing happened. Hence the reason why I am seeking help. If this reports helps someone not to make the same mistake of trading with nrgbinary again,  and move things for me then it has served it's pup pose. 1000USD is a lot of money to me and still have not received anything yet. 

I am utterly disappointed and have lost trust in trading completely due to this very bad experience.

All I want is my money back and my account with nrgbinary to be closed.
