Company rides sprint network and charges in WV,VA, and two other states for decent coverage.National service area is only on freeways, anything else is not covered by them.Support is only for these four states, so if you move, you are EFFED.

support on this matter is rather one sided torwards the company as well.

wants a 275 early termination fee to switch to sprint, the company that not only owns 80% of thier network, but thier cell towers as well.

nTELOS needs to fall like TRACFONE..Any company that rides anothers network isn't worth the hype they are made out to be. KDDI is the only exception, where service is actually worth the payment plan.They provide local call service even , with a Japanese registered line and cell phone, and don't hit you with roaming charges when you ride another network stateside.Have experience with them firsthand.

USE ATT or SPRINT or VERIZON [or KDDI if they are in your area]  if you want decent phone and EVDO service, anyone else isnt worth the smoke, mirrors, or headache. I have to wait 30 minutes everytime I use my EVDO WWan card to get the dam cell tower update, that I should just be able to walk into a store out here to get.
