The owner Kevin Chace owes several thousands of dollars to current and former employees when he knowingly violated many State of Florida laws by continuing changing employee pay structures.
While this company may have been reputable years ago, the horrible state of fiances is forcing the company to really cross the line and behave like other companies in this industry.
If he can not treat his current and fellow employees with respect, do you really want to trust him with your money.
By the way, his fiancees are so bad he has not even delivered W2's to any current or former employees which makes you wonder if he kept the money himself.

I am also a former employee of Nu-Century Inc. in Oldsmar, fla. I am one of the people contacted by the labor board as to the money owed to all of us!
I have done some research, and found Mr. Chase supposidly bought a two story building in oldsmar, so I wouldn't think he's having any money problems.
I have tried, to no avail, to reach out to Kevin, to resolve this issue! No response, no cares obviously for the people he professed to cherish and be up front and honest with! I'm very disappointed in this company. They really used to be a good, caring and honest company! Things change I suppose, how very sad!
I'm sure I speak for all when I say, I was shocked to hear he wasn't paying us fairly, there were some very hard times money wise with Kevin. Now we know why! Kevin, you and Sylvia are good people, make this right! The US Labor board has been contacted as to the latest, it is now in regional officials hands, next is The Treasury Dept.
You can file suit within a certain time frame, also Nu-Century will have to pay all fees incurred. I am seeking a lien on him.

That is all you can say Kevin? How about you start with an apology to all who deserve to hear you tell them that you are sorry for stealing money from the people who worked for and trusted you... Then you can apologize for not getting the w2 out to the people who need them.
