Nu Image Medical Did not provide what was promised. Placed blame on me. Tampa Florida

I was excited to start the HCG diet. My local weight loss centers charge $575 for this product so when I saw it online for $279, I jumped at the chance. I should have known better. Their website claims that b12 is included in the HCG, which I never received. I also did not receive any alcohol swabs. This was supposed to be a kit. It includes syringes therefore alcohol swabs should also be included. I should also have been provided with instructions as I am going to be sticking a needle into my body. I was not. When I emailed the so called nurse, she replied "I sent you 2 e books with the meal plan and recipe guide." Um, again I'm expected to stick needles in my body. I'm going to need more instruction than a meal plan and recipes. I think I can handle those on my own anyway. There was no apology for their screw up whatsoever but she was sorry that I am dissatisfied. No resolution offered. In the future I will order elsewhere for less than half the cost of this company or just pay the extra and be under the care of a doctor, not a nurse who seemingly couldn't care less. I do not recommend using this company as they really just want your money. Shame on you Nu Image.
