I too am a victim of this fraudulent company. There is no reaching them by phone. It is always busy, or you get a recorded message from "creative marketing" stating that the call volume is too high and to call back later. So I sent them a certified letter cancelling any future charges. I tracked the letter and they recieved and signed for it on January 31st. That is well within the 14 day trial period, since I was first charged $3.95 shipping and handling on Jan. 22nd, 2008.

So it seems that no matter what you do, they plan on charging everyone who falls for this rip-off. I will now have to file a dispute with my bank and all this is very time consuming. I will be praying that this company reaps what it soes and the a class action suit will be filed against them.
