NUBODI = Colon Cure Las Vegas Nevada

This is what I wrote to the people of Nubodi.
As of February 21, 2008 they DID credit me back. Write them.

On December 6 2007 I ordered the free trial of colon cure. I was informed that I was to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling and to cancel within 15 days or I would risk being charged the $87.31.
I Called on December 20, 2007 to cancel and upon looking had already been charged the $87.31. I asked that I receive no more and that the charge be reversed. I was talking to Riley at this time.

12-24-07 the charge was no longer on my credit card
12-27-07 the charge is back on my account.
I then tried calling to get this fixed and the first few times all I received was a busy signal. Then it was after hours so I left a message.

01-01-08 Called again to get this charge taken care of. Do not recall the agent's name. She gave me a cancellation number (though I had already canceled before hand) and a reference number regarding the return charge. It is 01-11-08 and I have still no received the charge back to my account

I am still waiting on the $87.31 to be credited back to me. Because of this unauthorized charge my account has proceeded to go in to the negative.
