Nubodi - SWM/Nubodi NUBODI scam consumers claims COLON CURE pills free just pay only S&H but still charges you $87.31 even if you cancel within 14 days Las Vegas Nevada

This company is a total scam! They claim the colon cure supplements will help you lose up to 20 lbs overnite from an email I received from reply@conquerresults.com to detoxify your body as the subject title. It is free to try, just pay shipping & handling for only $3.95 so I thought I'd give it a try. They do not state any additional disclosure after I submitted my visa debit card # for the S&H... just a confirmation stating the charge will appear from "Nubodi". Yes the S&H charge did appear for $3.95 on 12/26/08 from SWM/Nubodi UT trace & when I finally received the bottled pills it was 12 days later on Jan 7th with a letter attached: '"You may cancel within 14 days from the date of order to cease future charges".

That same day I received the pills I went ahead & called to cancel to their non toll free # almost 10 times in a row because each try kept returning a busy signal. When I finally got through a very nice gentleman stated he will cancel my request & gave me his name. On Jan 9th (2 days after canceling) my visa debit account was charged $87.31 from Nubodi CA trace. The email that was sent to me for this offer includes the following print on the bottom of the page: "Free Samples Newsletter" 7-841 Sydney St Suite #307 Cornwall, Ontario K6H7L2 CA

I called Nubodi back (again numerous times busy signals) & finally spoke with the same young man I initially canceled with to complain about the $87.31 charge & demanded a credit back. He stated call him back 7-10 business days about status of my credit so I asked was the credit request a guaranteed refund. He stated "no" so I got really frustrated & demanded for a supervisor. He stated he was the supervisor & has processed a credit request ticket already. I advised him that I will report them to the better business bureau if I don't receive my refund. He then stated he will then have the charge reversed within 72 hours.

To conclude I will check on Jan 12th to my online banking to see if they did credit me back.
