Nubrilliance Suction quit on two machines and they will not refund my money, Internet

I called from the add on TV to purchase a Nubrillance Microdermabration machine and received several weeks later.  I then became very sick and am still sick.  I am in the process of getting insurance approval for a very serious surgery to help me but they don't care about that.  I only used the original machine approximately 5 times when the suction stopped working. 

I placed a call to them and they told me to send it back and they would in turn send me out a new one.  I insured the item and also requested a signaturee from them to prove they received it.  They sat on it for 2 months and I finally called them to find out what was going on and they appologized to me and got it mailed out the same day.

I believe they were just wasting time because it is close to a hear since I bought it and after a  year they won't be responsible.  I would assume that warranty should start over with each and every new machine they send  you because the second one arrived just last week and two days ago the suction quit working with during the first use.  They refuse to refund my money but will only send me out yet another new machine. 

But I'll bet they will not send anymore after my year is up even though all the machines they are sending me quit working.  They should be forced to refund my money.  Like a previous person wrote they don't give a darn whether there is a death in the family or if you've been very sick they just want to sell their product whether it works or not and clearly this machine has a major flaw with the suction.

If anyone has any advice for me I would love to hear it.  I have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting them to do what is right.  HELP!
