Hello, First of all I want to begin by saying that although this product appears to be impressive on an infomercial, it is not.  I called a few weeks back to order it and "try" it for $14.99 for 30 days.  I also accepted the 3 year warrantee for $19.95.  It was several weeks before it appeared on my doorstep.  When I originally called to order it I made it clear that I was selecting the 3 month payment plan, however, an attempt was made on my card for the entire purchase of $239.85.

I got a few emails from "NuBrilliance" stating that their attempt to place a charge against my account was not authorized.  Well, ya think??? My credit card is close to the limit as I intentionally keep the charging limit low.  I emailed them and told them to forget it, that I did not want the item at all since they tried to charge my card all at once.  Perhaps about 10 days later I received the order anyway with only the original trial amount and insurance charged on my credit card that I had agreed to.

I tried the product a few days later and I hated it.  It is a dry method of dermabrasion that left my skin feeling tugged on and red and burning for hours, not minutes as it suggests.  Yes, I followed the instructions to the "t".

When I called and spoke to a customer service representative to return the product, she gave me half of a return address (minus the city and state) and she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked her for the "RA" number.  On the receipt it specifically states that you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and adress.  If not you are subjected to a restocking fee. She told me "I don't know what that is.  You don't need that".

I read the receipt to her and she put me on hold.  She got back on the phone and simply said "I have that RA number for you".  I asked her why she said she didnt know what I was talking about and she said "oh I just didn't know that an RA is the same thing as an order #".  She wasnt even informed enough to tell me to write the RA/order# on the package so that I wouldnt be charged a restocking fee. She then admitted this was only her second day on the job.  Good job training your employees NuBrilliance.

You will not receive your $14.95 trial expense back and you pay your own shipping.  Be sure to obtain a tracking number and proof of delivery.  I am not impressed in any way shape or form.  In my opinion, don't waste your money.
