I ordered the PIC cooktop offer buy one get one free. In addition was to receive 9" and 11.5" pans as part of this offer. Nuwave complete cooking package.
The S&P cost more then the order. I received one PIC and a cast iron grill I did not order. I never received any other items.
I called customer service number always redirected to voice mail. They never returned my calls.
Then tried email after 3-4 emails the company said something was wrong with my payment card.
I checked my card it was fine. tried email again this time the Rep. stated I could return my order but I would have to pay s&p both ways. But I could keep the 2 pans and had to return the two pic cooktops.
So how do I return something I never got. This company just wants your money .

Pic buy one get one

since I first posted I have gotten in touch with Customer service vie email. Over 11 different messages they are still saying I need to pay a balance on things I have never received. The price on 1 PIC unit is $99.99 plus $29.95 for s&p. This was the first charge on my credit card. They than charged $43.23 The next month . Now , Maria at Nuwave still says I have a balance of $43.23 That still needs to be paid. This will total $216.40 for the one PIC unit.
Nuwave fails to understand or does not want to see the unfair pricing practices it uses.
Now Nuwave is saying if this is not paid they will send it to a collection agency.
