On July 8, 2015, I placed an order for silver bullion rounds from this company. I wired the funds the following day. It wasn't until the order was placed that they said orders take up to 8 weeks to fulfill. I have never waited more than 2 weeks for the same from 2 other companies with which I had prior dealings. At 8 weeks, an e-mail was sent saying they had more orders than expected and asked for another 30 days. All I wanted was the product, so I waited. Their big draw was charging 50 cents over spot. After that deadline passed, I contacted the Washington State Attorney Generals office to file a complaint. I highly reccommend that all who have similar experiences do the same. I also contacted the King County Prosecutor's Office to file a complaint and heard back from them that my report would be forwarded to someone for follow-up. I never heard back. Today I noticed that their Auburn store street address is no long on their website.?

On November 13 (day 127 since I ordered), I called them and asked for a refund of my money and that I wanted it wired to my account. The person on the phone said they would process a refund check and I should receive it in about 30 days. I told them that wasn't acceptable. The person said that is their policy, take it or leave it. I asked to speak with someone with the power to refund my money as requested. After being on hold for about 5 minutes, a lady came onto the line. I repeated my request. She repeated their policy. I repeated that this was unacceptable and that I wanted the funds wired. She laughed. I then asked what was funny. She said she was just clearing her throat. I asked again if that was her final offer. She said yes. I then told her when I hang up, I will be calling the Seattle Post-Intelligencer business department to share my story. After about 30 seconds, she countered with would I accept their writing a check and mailing it on Monday, as it was Friday afternoon. I countered that if they would provide overnight delivery, I would be agreeable. The check came on the date promised.

Obviously they are selling product they don't have. Having gone on their website before writing this, I saw their current promotion of 50 cents over spot and delivery by Christmas. LOL
