Oak Creek Homes ripoff & waste of time to avoid being ripped off purchase the book "How To Buy A Manufactured Home". Azle, Fort Worth, Burleson Texas

If you are looking for a new manufactured home, don't go to Oak Creek Homes unless you have nothing better to do with your time. My husband and I went to 3 different sales centers, and the 4th center contacted me via e-mail. There was one particular model home we were very interested in. We got 4 different prices quoted to us from the 4 centers with a price of 7,100 just for delivery and set-up. The 4th sales center that contacted ME with an invitation to call her (Lisa DuPre),was extremely rude, obnoxious and overbearing when she found out that we had been to other Oak Creek sales centers and thought we would give our business to one of them. What really surprised us was the fact that she was the General Manager of that sales center. No wonder one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing!! If you plan one buying a manufactured home, purchase the book "How To Buy A Manufactured Home". It tells you all of the tricks and traps to look for, all the questions to ask, all about financing. Just stay away from Oak Creek Homes until they know what the prices are. By the way, we didn't purchase anything from them! Sandra Fort Worth, Texas
