OAN Services, Inc. charged me two times for voicemail services; one says voicemail monthly fee, the other says privasafe email svc Internet

I have two charges on my SBC phone bill for voicemail services I know nothing about. One is $13.22 and the other is $14.95 totaling $30.43.

I tried to find out what they were about online and have come up with nothing. Also tried to contact SBC and came up with nothing.

The only phone number I have for this problem is the one in the right corner of my bill and they are connected to SBC and no help at all.

My phone is now disconnected now because I can not get any help with this problem and I refuse to pay any of it until I get some kind of help and these charges off.

I also have two more voicemail services on my phone bill that I have no idea what they are for and I can not get any kind of info. because they are not found on the internet or have no phone number. One is American Prem Warehouse VM Monthly from The Billing Resource, the other is ESBI, Stored Value Marketing Voicemail.

Both of these are $14.95 plus tax totaling $16.15. So all in all I have a grand total of $62.73 of charges I know nothing about. That is why I refuse to pay any of my phone bill and would rather not have one if I can not get any kind of help.
