This OAN company billed me for some company named USA voicemail. I never signed up for the voicemail service. I called verizon they told me that they would put on my account that the charge is being disputed but it will reappear on my bill each month unless i can get ahold of oan for reimbursement. I have tried various numbers for this company and all numbers are useless. When their office is supposebly open you get a fast busy signal and when they are closed you get a recording. Verizon said unless i get ahold of them and they refuse to reimburse me that verizon can not do anything about it.

They Charged Me WithOut My Authorization

I reviewed my phone bill and saw their charges on them. I sent a email to Bellsouth and told Bellsouth that I would not pay the charges under any circumstances. They refunded the ammount for the total of $13.85. I found a number for the company and instructed them to cancel and I would not be paying them any money.
They immediately confirmed the cancelation. However, they also told me that they builded me for August and September. They did however refund my phone company for 25.00, for both months. My only issue on this scam is the fact that these people are billing people and they don't even know about it. These people have to be shut down!
