Ocean Air Logistics ripoff con-artists took us for all we had Miami Florida

My family recently moved internationally using the services of Ocean Air Logistics.

While the staff was in sales mode I was enchanted with the kindness and attentiveness of Jaime Salinas and Maribel Faura.

It was to my great sadness that once the company had posession of my worldly belongings the rate went up, and up, and up. All the items acquired over seven years of wonderful marriage now held hostage by this scam outfit in Miami, Florida.

So we paid out all of our savings, borrowed from family, and borrowed until we could borrow no more. And we waited, and called, and waited, and called, and waited, and called. And then I blew a f***ing gasket. Because how many times can these criminals promise to deliver my furniture and my childrens' toys and not follow through?

How can it be in the United States of America in the 21st century when I asked these conniving sons of bitches to speak to the General Manager, not only did they continually hang up on me, but finally told me that management is in the Dominican Republic? Of course that is a lie.

They must surely have a General Manager on the premises in their beautiful, spacious, sumptuous suite of offices -- hell just look at the pretty pictures on their website. It looks like they'd have a General Manager, doesn't it? None of them look Dominican, do they?

How can it be that a legitimate organization would #1 refuse to allow a paying customer to speak to an owner or director, #2 lie that no owner or director or person of accountability is even located at the operations in Miami, Florida, and further lie that higher management is located in Dominican Republic? How can it be that they refuse to provide that person's name to direct correspondence to them?

I'll answer my questions: A SCAM OUTFIT WHICH DOES NOT WISH TO DISCLOSE THE NAME OF THE PERSON GUILTY OF OPERATING A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.

Please do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. I just saved you $10,000.
