Adam Dahan of OCO Transportation gave me a binding quote for a move from San Diego CA to Salt Lake City UT. I in turn gave him a deposit for the move. He understood I was on a very tight timeline. On the Sunday evening, four days prior to the move, he emailed me at 9:00 pm to inform me he had made a mistake and the cost of the move would be an additional 36%.

I contatced him immediately via email, he responed with "I am sorry, if you choose not to us us I will refund your deposit". The next morning I scrambled to find another carrier for the move. I contatced Adamto inform him I would not require his services and requested a refund of my deposit, which he assured me I would receive.

Probably no surprise to anyone who had dealtwith OCO, I have not received my refund, nor does Adam respond to email or phone messages.
