I was called out to do a service call on a Hot Topic in Grand Junction, Co. at the Mall location on 10-18/2008 and have not been paid yet. I have sent several invoices and reminders and have had not return contact with them.
A class action law suit is definitely in order. Please help us get our money.

I am a former employee and have been on the other end of these complaints and can understand where these companies are coming from. In some cases vendors perform services that have not been approved and need proper documentation and authorization in order for ant monies owed to stand up in court. But, in other cases I have answered several phone complaints about past due invoices where I believe and feel that most of these vendors were unfairly treated and not properly compensated. Regardless, this company always gets paid about 99.5% of all invoices including their overhead and profit and still will not pay the vendor. Here's some useful information, partial owner of the company is Robert Esnayra (former owner of America's Facility Services, Lakewood).
If a maintenance company calls for services ask for 50% of the $ amount needed to perform the work before you start the work.

I was able to talk with Michelle and get a credit card number over the phone to pay for my service calls. Once they searched for all the paper work for about 3 hrs I finally called them back and Michelle gave me a credit card number over the phone.

Sending yet another reminder on 12-08-2008 for payment. I have made several calls to the OCS and have not had any call backs.
They need to go down HARD.
