This company is very scary. They contacted us to provide repair service for several Hot Topic locations. They have refused to pay for service and have gone so far as to leave threatening messages in the middle of the night. The messages I have received I have turned over to the local authorities. Do not provide service for OCS- One Call Services. I have been in contact with Hot Topics and they have refuses to take responsibility for their contractors actions. I believe a class action law suit may help my cause and am considering my options.
