OCS One Call Services is a maintenance provider that works with retail chain stores like Hot Topic and Torrid. When a store needs service, they call their maintenance provider, in this case OCS, and OCS contacts local handymen and contractors to do the work. The store pays them, and then they are supposed to pay you. I am a local commercial maintenance handyman. I've been in business many years, and have never had any quality, timliness, or professionalism issues of any kind. I did two jobs for OCS. Well, their payment went quite overdue so I called them. I got a runaround you wouldn't believe! If I was a faster typer, I'd tell the whole story, it's just unreal. But after two weeks of phone calls, NONE of which was ever returned by the mysterious "Sam" who they kept saying I needed to talk to, I told them that I was going to sue them. They got UNBELIEVABLY rude. They never even gave an excuse for not paying. Just said, Wisconsin laws don't apply to them, so if I want to sue them, "go ahead tough guy". Unreal. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Hey, I truly feel sorry for you and understand how this company stole from you!! If I was you I would contact Hot Topic 626-839-4681 and ask to speak to the facility Manager!! If anything am sure a big corp like hot topic would not like having there name posted on the web. There getting a bad rap for using a scam artist. I am tired of having these type on companies steal from the hard working contractors. So, we all need to step up and put this crook away. I can't believe companies like hot topic don't do a better backround check on there vendors!! Really!
