Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff abused & mistreated Nationwide USA Florida

I believe everything that I have read on this site. They started forclosure on our house and we entered into a forebearance agreement.

They jacked our monthly payment up so high that everything else that we owe on is now so past due that we don't know what to do anymore. Obviously we couldn't afford our payments in the first place so why jack them up so high that it is unrealistic.

When calling to talk to them about how much of a hardship it is causing they tell me to contact my church. What does that have to do with anything.

They will not refiance or lower my forebearance payments. I did not go to them for my mortgage, my previous mortgage company sold our loan to them. I can see why. This is the only way they can get business is to buy loans cause no one in their right mind would apply on their own to them.

They are heartless, lying, and manipulative people. THey turn things around to make them out as the good guy. They tell you one thing and in another breath tell you something else. Each department doesn't know what they are doing.

Needless to say, I am getting my mortgage out of there. So anyone if you are having a problem and think that you have to stay with them cause you have a forebearance agreement, there are mortgage companies out there that will help even with your circumstances.
