OCWEN Federal Bank ripoff Preventing me from qualifying for a new loan with another lender, never showed the same amount of escrow or interest month to month Nationwide

Promised lower interest rate. When came time to close chaged it to a higher rate at which time left me with no other option.

Unclear billing practices. Statements never showed the same amount of escrow or interest month to month.

Called and harassed me 30 days prior to first due date on a daily basis.

Tried to foreclose on me, but I rectified through the court.

Filed with the credit agencies that they had indeed forclosed on me when they had not. Preventing me from qualifying for a new loan with another lender.

I requested numourous times for them to remove this false information on my credit and they have not.

They dated mailed information up to a month befored the post dated enveloped was mailed.

They refused partial payments.

When I tried to send extra monies for past due amount they would not put the monies to past due amount but would put it as prepayment of the next month, letting them charge even more interest.

They added bogus charges to numourous statements. such as fees each month to send someone to my house to make sure it was still standing.

Every time I tried to call to try to arrange some kind of arrangement they would constantly put me on hold or tell me that it was not their department and send me to eternal hold. I would never receive answers back.
