Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff West Palm Beach Florida

Our home is up for sheriff sale on the 21st of December, I wrote into the ripoff last year, but we have been fighting with them since 2000. We have owned our home for 20 years and they are ripping it out from underneath of us. I have since graduated as a Paralegal and have learned many more things about the law, but I will never understand how they have gotten away with everything they have, it has been a tough fight, and we are just so tired, so we have now moved and our renting again, its different after 20yrs. My boys have grown in that house. I sure hope that they will have their day, soon.

What goes around comes around. They are going to get it. but I am from Ohio if anyone out there is willing to start a class act law suit against this company, I would love to get one started.

I have had two attorneys, but they haven't help much, and we have never had a lot of money to continue.
Please write if you are interested and live in Ohio. I have tried to join the four that are out there but they say you have to have one in your own state. I can continue on what we have went through with Ocwen but I think just by reading everyones letter, mine is right up there with everyone elses.

It's a sad thing, we even had cash money to get off there so called forbearence plan, and Ms Renee Martin, said no, and through all kinds of bogus fees and it went from $5200 to $6400 and we didn't have $6400, so I don't live in Doylestown anymore, we moved to Wadsworth, It is killing me knowing that me house is going to be auctoned off next Wednesday, but there is nothin else we can do.

I hope that there are a lot of you out there that are willing to help with a lawsuit, we just need lots of names to begin. So please write to my e-mail address, and maybe we can make a difference here.
