had an account with first federal bank which sold my acct. to ocwen. ocwen sent me a collection notice and a letter which stated that if i paid the amt. they stated they would consider the acct. cleared, no chance. 6 years later, this account still appears on my credit report and still screws my chances for a good credit rate. thiefs and liers that's what they are if you ask me.
