Ocwen Liars, Liars Pants on Fire Orlando Florida

I had service with Ocwen FSB just last year due to my former mortgage company selling my account to another lender. Although the lender I had prior to Ocwen had a very good customer service
dept. this company constantly lied about everything. The first few payments on my account went to the wrong lender they said. I'd have to make them up. I argued the payments had been made. This however did not make any change in thier ability to forclose my property. I finally got them to allow me to sign a forebearance agreement for the payments past due on their account. This worked out very well although I didn't feel I should have to pay for thier mistake.

However this was not the end of Ocwen and my account. Under the forebearance agreement I was to make a half payment with my regular payment each month and the payments were not to go up.
After making six payments on time the mortgage company decided to up the payments. Since I did so well in making these payments they decided to double the amount. I argued " I'm a single parent raising three children, I can't afford any higher payments than I already have."

Ocwen foreclosed my home later that year. I was told by the foreclosure dept. that Ocwen would only collect what was owed on the property and if the property sold for any more than that I wouls be given the difference. Another lie on their part. I owed a balance of $71,000.00 my former home sold for over $100.000.00.
I write repeatedly and ask where's the difference. By law you can only collect what was owed. They say We don't feel you have an interest in the property. Liars, Liars pants on Fire.
