Ocwen Loan Servicing Company bogus debt collections Orlando Florida

for several weeks now, ocwen loan servicing has attempted to contact me to settle a non-existent credit card debt. they insisted that their records indicated that i had a $1400 outstanding debt with a credit card company for which i never held an account with. they were more than happy to settle the debt for a fraction of what they said was owed. when i refused their option and insisted that thy provide me with written documentation of their claim, they stumbled on their words and suggested that i follow their recommendation to settled the debt.

nevertheless, these fools were calling me from india, which they acknowledge their call center is based. again, i refused their option and requested they no longer contact me via telephone and if they continued to insist on contacting me they could send me written documentation. these folks had all of my contact information and lord only know how they obtained. let me add that their claim was for a so-called debt from 1990. it is now 2007. after carefully reviewing my credit record, i decided to post this complaint to alert EVERYONE to beware of ocwen's bogus debt collection actions.
