Ocwen Loan Ocwen Loan Servicing Company only cares about getting their money!!! Orlando Florida

I purchased my first home back in 2005. I saved up a reasonable down payment as this is my first home. I have never been late on my payments until my interest rate adjusted. Initially I was planning on refinancing my interest rate since it was only fixed for 3 years. But when it was time to refinance, i was not able to find any bank that would let me refinance. I contacted Ocwen for help and to see if any programs were available. Everyone in their company was rude and kept threatening me that if I don't my mortgage I would be foreclosed. My interest rate was 6.5% and jumped as high as 12.5%. I could not make this new payment. They would not even take any partial payments, only full amount. I was already 3 months behind.

I researched the web and found a few companies that claimed they could help. My cousin in Wisconsin suggested I go with a company called HomeSaverProgram.org since the company had already helped them. HomeSaverProgram.org was able to renegotiate my mortgage into a fixed 4.875% and nearly cutting half my mortgage. This was so nerve racking. I was so scared that I was going to lose my home. I had no where to go.
