Is our Constitution gone or just up for sale! We the People, Of Feasterville, were told by all Township Officials have the rights to expedited documents without our knowledge!! A Common Practice was /is to remove residential property to make access for Developers like Mike Meister of County Builders with 8N. Westview Ave and now destroying suburban life as we know it.
The Columbo Method shows only one 8N. Westview Ave in Feasterville, if you ask why just one because it`s unconstitutional spot zoning? CORRUPTION was Proven! Working for the People is the Unified Court System that still is looking into this with ongoing investigations also now in 2019 for corruption of Feasterville Officials.
Working for or with Mike Meister of County Builders with the use of many other names to my finding and beliefs, back as far 2008 to date many officers of the Courts overlook fact`s like as to case`s ripeness! District Judge John I. Waltman, deputy constable Bernard T. Rafferty, and public safety director Robert P. Hoopes, Carol Drioil zoning, John McMenamin, Eastburn & Gray, Doylestown, PA, Michael T. Pidgeon Esq Michael E Peters Esq. Michael J. Savona Esq. John A. Vanluvanee Esq. Common Pleas Court Judge A J. Cepparulo, Judge D E. Gibbons, Kevin Reilly of County builders and other Township Officials.
Hon’ble Gene E.K. Pratters has also vindicated that the facts and guilty pleas ring out in her Court Room in 2019? As John I. Waltman, Michael J. Savona Esq of Eastburn & Gray, Doylestown, Bernard T. Rafferty, Robert P. Hoopes working with Eastburn & Gray. Now all named here await sentencing in Federal Court in Philadelphia to my understanding.
It is clear from the mere perusal of the records of the case that certain grounds of the case were overlooked like "violation of an ordinance of a municipality” and now this case has ripeness? Eastburn & Gray, Doylestown, PA, Michael T. Pidgeon Esq Michael E Peters Esq. Michael J. Savona Esq. working with Robert P. Hoopes for Mike Meister of County Builders. The FBI in my opinion never look to the Court Transcripts and original court documents?
I know I was told that the corruption is still being looked at. Eastburn & Gray, Doylestown, PA, Michael E Peters Esq. would have been picked up as Kingpin working for County Builders along with Michael J. Savona Esq to my understanding or are, we treated differently for the same things?? Hon’ble Gene E.K. Pratters had no foreknowledge Eastburn & Gray, Doylestown involvement till Michael J. Savona Esq. pleaded guilty working for Mike Meister of County Builders and others all at the same time but so was Michael E Peters Esq. Private property is taken for public use at 8 N. Westview! All officers of the Courts now have an obligation! Save the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION FOR ALL!

'we are living through a full-fledged crisis in our democracy with the Court System! "Who will avenge and shine forth in the Truth! Rise up, Judge; payback to the proud what they deserve” that stand within the laws and our Constitution. How long, LORD; how long will the wicked be jubilant? Evildoers look at themselves every day, feeling untouchable.
They are full of boasting, they pour out arrogant words and crush the innocent and the helpless; destroying the middle-class people in the country. They boast confidently and say, "The Lord does not see you retched; He takes no notice of you people” Oh LORD; they oppress your inheritance. They slay the widow and the foreigner; they murder the fatherless. To your senseless people take note, when will you become wise?
Will you wait till when Lords/Judge`s incarcerate the ones involved there is has already been proven! "Does he who dresses the ear not hear nor does he who paint the eye not see? Does he who disciplines nations not punish? Does he who teaches mankind lack knowledge?” The LORD knows all human strategies and ideas; he knows that they are all futile.
Blessed are the ones you discipline and teach under the law; you grant them relief from days of trouble and put the wicked in the pit of incarceration. The LORD will not forget his people; he will never forsake his inheritance. His judgment will be founded on righteousness, and all the upright in heart will follow it. The truth alone will endure, all others will be swept away before the tide of time. Who will fight for us against the wicked? Who will take a stand for me against evildoers?
Unless the LORD please give me help, cos I dwell in the edge of death. Support me now oh Lord, in my time of need. My foot is slipping, I need your unfailing love. Only the Lords who avenges equally should be called Judges. A true measure of any Judges in a society can be found in how it treats its most vulnerable members.
To Honorable Gene E.K. Pratters and the Unified Court System; you have forsaken the masses in allowing the wicked to grow like cancer in the society. This just makes sense looking at this from ground zero and considering the breakdown in our society where the wicked and evildoers that were named as far back as 2013 are now to be the incarcerated in 2019.
The Unified Court System now needs to stop working with only what they know and start looking for proof. It’s what you know that you can prove. Ignorance of the challenged and allowing the wicked and evil to run free of our society has only touched the tip of the iceberg with corruption, destroying my existence in our society and my family along with it.
Honorable Gene E.K. Pratters on November 8, 2016 would not allow not to be named in the complaint. The world is watching, Do the right thing before the Lord Pratters for now in 2019 it comes to light.
