Fraud used and allowed in courts by some attorney's in today's courts systems, allowed by Judges is destroying this nation and hard working parents lives, and are children's future by taking what some parents have worked years or there entire life to get. Fact 1. There is not one attorney in the whole state Of Oklahoma that will represent me now or my minor son from the former fraud use in this cases history against me! Attorney locating firms can't get any one in this state to even look at the evidence, or consider the case for representation when told what and who was or is involved to the case now. Not one attorney asked for a retainer now or told me how much it would possibly cost before turning the case away that should be in a Federal Court from violations in past proceedings.
 
Fact 2. There is Fraud On The Court By Officers Of The Court in this case since the beginning of this case in 2008 and has had 3 different Judges now, with the former fraud used in the case, now being covered up by the presiding Judge over the case now here in this county. How you ask? I was informed by this Judge at my last hearing while forced to represent myself in proceedings as pro se (with no attorney), after already paying 7 different attorney's already, 4 of which filed an enterance of apperance in the case and was my supposed legal attorney's counsel representing me in the cases former proceedings before, Judge informed me Any thing I filed from this point on in May of 2011 with the case, it would be denied by him, and I would have to appeal it to a higher court! Denied all my motions to the case I had previously filed exposing some of the fraud used in former proceedings to get this outcome in the case. Then out of the clear blue ordered me full custody of my son, which the first Judge over the case took from me any custody of my son of by this fraud used 2 years earlier, and then ordered my garnishment of wages stopped which was also listed by the first Judge's orders now removed from the case in Janurary 2011, who had listed my salary at $15,000 more per year than I was even making so I would pay more in maintenance fee's support she called it. Also by these orders making me pay more in state and Federal taxes because of no deductions allowed when custody of your kids are taken away from you as a parent.

Fact 3. In 2009 in my research of why this corruption of fraud is allowed in some courts for others greed, it was posted there were 10 men a day across the United States of America that took there own life, as well as some times there own familie members life from this very thing, fraud / corruption that is allowed in some courts across are nation for some corrupt attorney's greed and county gain. Listen to what they are doing, think about it! If one spouce takes the life of another who get the property if one is dead and the other is in jail or both ar dead, children if any become awards of the state then. This is when the state steps in and the county after the facts of the reasons why this happened in the first place! Who gets the property and the unpaid social security that has been paid in for years by the working parents.

Fact 4. I've been a member of Pre Paid Legal for many years and have tried to use them on several different occasions before this case happened for my pre paid services I've been paying for for years, and have yet to get the help needed before, or the representation of an attorney that was refferred to me by Pre Paid Legal that would actually do anything of value or merrits in the case to help me in any of these cases in the past, and especially this last case of fraud used in this proceedings now!

Fact 5. Pre Paid Legal will take your money each month for a service they won't provide, or can't provide! You be the judge! If your in a car wreck hit by a wealthy man or big trucking company with lost of money or your hurt on the job, attorney's will bend over backwards to represent you and file suite on the others.
But if you wanting to file suit on another attorney's, or a county for fraud used in the case, and breaking or bypassing statute written laws of a state to get there outcome, good luck finding one in Oklahoma, even though the case could be worth thousands to the attorney that could only win from broken laws used during case proceedings.

Fact 6. The media knows of this corruption and helps cover up what is going on in many states by not reporting it. I have contacted many people with the media since I found out the truth of what is being done to the American parents when they are forced into court by there soon to be ex-spouce that wants to take there life's work from them for there own greed. Justice is a thing of the past and the American people need to know the truth before they themself's become victims of the system that is controled by the attorney's and judges who determine the outcome of cases and not the Laws of a state.

Fact 7. Law enforcment also knows of this injustice that goes on for attorney and county greed that's what they are paid to do know what is going on in there area.
When the FBI tells you they can't get involved in how a county runs it's county affairs when they break the laws of a state, there is somthing bad wrong with the system! When the OSBI, Oklahoma State Bureau Investigation, tells you they can't get involved unless the Governor tells them to do so, then the Governor's office tells you he can't do any thing about these acts of crime commited! It shows some one is lying to cover up what what they know has been going on, and don't want to deal with this corruption that takes from unspecting American citizens of a corrupt system.

Fact 8. This case needs to be in a Federal Court from fraud used, violations in the cases former proceedings, State Statute Laws broken and bypassed, conspiracy of attorney's involved to the case. Pre paid Legal can't find one attorney out of there firm willing to represent the laws of this state out of thousands of attorney's, nor can they find one willing to view the evidence in the cases history. This tells you they are all connected and will not expose injustice that could stop the billions made from this type of corruption allowed.
