I purchased an unlock service from official Iphone unlock. Below is the confirmation

Order ID:	3565036
Order Status:	http://www.officialiphoneunlock.co.uk/status.php
Description:	iCloud Activation Lock Removal for 355736070026133
Amount:	£24.99

It clearly states that I ordered an IPhone lock removal. Several days later I receive an email from the company stating that what I ordered is a pre order. Let me try and understand. I have to pay before I officially order? At McDonalds do you pay $10 before you order a Big Mac, then pay again when you order the Big Mac?

I tried to contact the company several times but phone calls never were answered. I was left with general answer machne for 15 minutes each time, and my emails where replied with generic email replies meant for mass email.

I contacted the the payment processor (which seems very weird). The Iphone company did not process their payments.

All in all, this business seems like a scam and do not provide what they offer.
