Official Pest Prevention Performing refused services and demanding payment RIPOFF Elk Grove California

3/2003 OFFICIAL PEST PREVENTION came to my house and sprayed the premises, without announcing their arrival, after being told more than once that the acct holder no longer resided at the address and service was to be cancelled.

Prior to the lase service, telephone conversations were had and I was assured they understood that my father, the client, had moved and we wanted the service to stop.

When I called after the first billing I reminded them of the situation and was treated aggressively and nastily by the management.

Two and a half years have past and bills keep coming. I've written and had no response. They send another bill and add a $10 late fee. It seems they feel this is a battle of wills and feel that bulllying will get their $29.50 plus late fees totalling $90.50.
