I bid on a carpet and wall mirror with O'Gallerie Auctioneer through Ebay understnading that O'Gallerie will ship those two items to TX with minimal fees as they mentioned on their auction page on ebay "Large Furniture will be the responsibility of the buyer to be shipped, and mid size merchandize O'Gallerie will ship with minimal fees". On these basis I bid on the carpet and mirror and found that they are my responsibilty to ship and their shipping charges were 3 X their auction cost.

O'Gallerie refused to wave the fees for default and send it to collection office - fees were $80.13 for an absolute misinformation and lies.

We strongly encourage bidders to obtain shipping estimates/quotes before bidding so that there are no surprises after the auction. Shipping can be expensive, and we have no control over what it costs. "Minimal Fees" would be subjective so it is not a term that we would use.
