I have been a victim of OKDHS through false reporting to them of beating, abusing, my daughter. The DHS worker that came to my home found NOTHING. Yet had to show up because of a false allegation.
This false report was sent anonymously via email to DHS (which is BS because all email received has a return address). This email claimed that our child was beaten with a belt repeatedly, had bruise and injuries associated with such a beating, that our child was called names, and was being mentally abused at home.
When the CPS worker got here, he found only a bubbly, energetic, healthy child. One that had no problem talking with him, nor answering his questions. And not once did our child act fearful, or in any way coerced, in front of him.
I don't have a problem with the worker. I have a problem with the liar.
I'm not the only one that has had to deal with a false allegation, am I?

I already understand the Swift Adoptions Act. I know the kickbacks DHS gets. However, MY issue is this: when FALSE allegations are made, I think it becomes libel, and DHS should release the information as to whom has made the allegations when they have been proven false. That would allow the falsely accused to restore their name. I am TIRED of LIARS.

KK if you'll take the time to read the Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997, you'll see that ALL DHS agencies get Bonus Money when they can find a way to adopt another child.
The Bonus Money depends upon the age of the child and whether the child as disabilities of any kind. Always remember that anytime a child is taken into DHS custody, they are considered emotionally disabled so the agency can get additional benefits.
ONE MORE THING ... The Adoptions and Safe Families Act of 1997 was highly applauded when it was enacted. The Clinton Administration are VERY PROUD OF THE ADOPTIONS AND SAFE FAMILIES ACT. If Senator Clinton is elected president, you can look for additional damage to families!
PLEASE DO NOT LET SENATOR HILLARY CLINTON BE OUR NEXT PRESIDENT! WE DO NOT NEED PEOPLE LIKE HER or HER HUSBAND IN OFFICE. VOTE FOR JOHN EDWARDS. HE CARES ABOUT FAMILIES!!!!!!! HE CARES ABOUT CHILDREN!!!!! HE EVEN USED HIS OWN MONEY TO HELP PEOPLE WHO WERE IN THE HURRICANE. SENATOR CLINTON WOULD NEVER HELP AN ORDINARY FAMILY HAVING PARENTING PROBLEMS OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM. SHE'S INTERESTED ONLY IN HILLARY!
When OKDHS took my grandchildren into custody, they combined our case file with two other files. We had to hire a lawyer to try to prove we were not Kiowa Indian. The Kiowa Indian case was a drug case. We have NO drugs in our family. DHS workers lie to judges. DHS workers lie to families. It is the goal of EVERY DHS agency to find some way to adopt a child so they can get from $4,000 to $20,000 for adopting a child.
