I thought this company was a great option for me but boy was I wrong! I had never missed a payment the entire first year and a half that I was with this company. I started nursing school and therefore had to work less hours and I got behind one payment and the trouble started. I noticed that my payments never to seem to go down and when ever I would call about pay off , It was still too much.

My payments were 176 a month and 100 of it went to them! So I would pay them more than I would pay towards the loan. Then when I called the person that answered the phone talked to me like I was stupid and had no education what so ever! So when I called in September to see why they took two payments in August the lady told me that that was not true but I had my bank statement in my hand!

Then I asked how much would it be to pay it off since my contract stated September would be my last payment she said I owed TWO more payments. I told her I only had a contract for 18 payments and I was not going to make two additional payments and I was going to contact the attorney general's office and then she put me on hold for 15:38 seconds to research my account.

Needless to say I was right and I made payments arrangements for my last payment. I waited a week and called to change my draft day and guess what? The customer service person said I'm sorry but you still owe us two payments!. So I had to go over the whole ordeal again and she placed me on hold for quite a while to come back and say with a horrible attitude " When do you want to me to take your payment." I will never ever deal with them again and I would not advise anyone else to.
