This is a official Complaint to be published on line in Baton Rouge business valuation services and all other relating to quality searches for services.

Old Republic has lousy services and will use any excuse not to pay their obligation. Here is there history and type of service they give on ther policy's

I had a policy with them for 4 years, Last October 2017 I called for plumbing problem clogged toilet and bathroom drains.

After two weeks they finaly let me know they do not have a plumber for 60 miles (this is the state capital lage city)

I would have to get my own plumber and have the work pre approved by them. I did the and the work was approved.

Plumber came out fixed the toilet and bathroom sink. He needed parts for the tub a Access panel 12 dollars and a trap pipe. 8 dollars.

I paid the first bill 382 dollars and OEHP re-embursed me i a month.

The plumber came back in a week cut a access hole and dug out the drain trap put in the nice cosmetic panel and left. The bill was 642 dollars I paid that bill also and submitt5ed it.

Ever since I have received the run around from old repiblic. They even wanted to apply the money to me next years contract. January Feb and March i have tried to get paid by them. NOW THEY WANT ME TO GO THRU THE WHOLE PROCESS AGIN AND GET ALL REAUTHORIZED. hey authorized all to begin with and even paid the first billing but now are making all types of excuses to not pay. They even want to use the money for next years policy. What A joke. I say do not use Old Republic if you want to be protected they are crooks.
