I purchased a 1993 Chevy 3500 truck, flatbed, via EBAY $5,100. My husband and the hired driver, drove over 5 hours to pick up the truck. When the hired driver asked Shannon (sales Rep) why the truck smoked black when started, Shannon said this was normal. The flat bed is crooked, the driver side door does not shut unless slammed, the windshield has a large crack all the way across it, the mirror is missing its glass and the electrical cables that someone hooked up inside, pose a fire hazard, there is so much wrong that was not described in the ebay listing. I emailed Shannon and he stated thats what you get for an older model truck and refused to refund the money. The hired driver drove only 55 MPH and drove for one hour and then was broke down on the side of I-40, in Crossville. The truck is still in Crossville. Its going to cost me over $900 to get it towed back home. I filed a report with Ebay and with paypal (I sent half of the money thru paypal.)

This dealer has lots of reports here. If you're savvy enough to complain about a firm here, you ought be checking here too before making purchases. Anyhoo, how exactly was the truck described? I would expect anyone buying a vehicle on eBay to have a decent idea from pics and text what they're getting, enough to hold any lying dealer's feet to the fire if what they end up picking up post sale/auction doesn't match up. I not not expect any reasonable person to shoot so much money to someone on less info.

You do something senseless like sending off your money to somebody you don't know to buy a used car you've never seen or checked out and the world is now supposed to feel sorry for you??? You threw common sense out the window and some scamster was just waiting for some chump to come along to unload this piece of junk upon. I will never understand why you people do something as stupid as this. They were waiting for somebody to scam and you very gladly opened the door for them!
