this company is a rip off, they will tell you that they got to order the units, then you will be waiting for months to get it like i did, now my unit wont run, they claim to have a 3 year warranty on thier units but dont believe that cause they wont honor them.. they will only give you a run around and make thier side look good. i dont know if they got even a powersports shop. they dont answer phones and they tell you a crop of crap! they are no more of a dealer then my dog is and my dog knows better. if anyone deals with these people and they been done wrong then report it cause these people or fellow need to be punish for what they done wrong to customers. ill stand by anyone who said this is a bad company cause they are! if i could report them to the local police in texas i would. go,go, go customers whos been done wrong and report them I DID!

this company lies, they said they sent me the part i wanted and they sent me my old part back that i sent, then telling me it was working when it wasnt, i order a part from somewhere else and put it on and my scooter started. thumbs down for this company and give them a f+. THEY ARE DEADBEATS AND USE SLUR AND RACIAL MESSAGES TO PEOPLE. i wouldnt reccomend this company to noone cause if you do you will be a victim of stolen money or months of getting your unit. they told me that they didnt have enough parts cleaner to clean my part i sent up or couldnt put it in a gift box, thats what you call stupid. noway to do business to the public coz danger will knock at your door, quit lieing to people and saying you have a power sports store. my warranty is still valid but i wont get no parts from them ill order my own. people of the country wake up and leave this deadbeat person of olson powersports aka family exchange alone! thanks-james (((Redacted)))

dont believe these people when they say they will answer the phone, they wont, i sent them my part to replace with a new 1 and they sent my old 1 back to me so i order a new 1 from somewhere else and sure enough the part was broke, the new part from another company got my scooter going again, no thanks to olson powersports aka family exchange. they act goody-goody till they get your money then you are deadbeats to them. they will not honor the warranty, they will not ship no units out once money is received and they wont answer your phone calls cause they are a second hand store not a powersports store. read the reports on them and then you will know not to order from them deadbeats! thanks-james

You asked to send the bendix for the starter which your mechanic said was bad.
You first sent the one you claimed to be bad. We tested it. It works great. We also tested the one that was sent to you. It worked fine.
You may need another mechanic.
