We haven't been able to get to customer service yet but everyone should check their bills.  They way overcharged us on the sales tax and since we were doing the order by phone I told them the tax was incorrect.  The order taker said she would check it and make sure it was correct.  Everyone should check their invoice and the tax rate.  There are other issues with this order and we will be calling them because we were overcharged $49.99 on the shipping.  If that doesn't go right we will be posting here.
