Omni Dual Saw - dualsaw.com Saw will not work in warm weather, saw over heats due to none shipment of there wax,you will get melted wax, horrable customer service,barly cuts compresed wood.due to no wax Internet

I would like to share my issues with this company, i have called them at least 3 times,and talked with there supervisor,  and still as of this day did not receive a normal package of there wax stics, so I can have it working the proper way, due to ups shipping apparently because it sits in there transportation truck and its hot in the truck and they all due, when u receive ur package the box you get will be all melted with there wax stics, so you cannot use ur saw the right way, im a handy man and I thought it would be a great tool to have but it gets very hot, even trying to cut compressed wood while i was installing closet shelvels... and thats very sad..I give this saw a big ZERO due to no wax..and it gets very hott.. i called them and told them my issue they said it would take me 4-to 6 weeks to get my wax sticks, and i ask the manager how it will be shipped and they said the same way, would u think a company will use there brain and see what the main issue is, (THE WAX STIC IS MELTED WHEN IT ARRIVES TO A CUSTOMER) the stupid design i forgot to mention of there wax stics they are not sealed when shipped,, they come in a plastic tub with both ends open, how redickulous is that,, and im not kidding ... please dont put your hared earnd money into this saw untill they take care of there customers,, also the manager did tell me, and this is what they said, we know about the issue and were trying to fix it,, i gave here a pionter, put caps on the end of there wax stics for shipment or hot glue the ends!!!!,, i assume that was too much work for them,, what customer service they have. there lires.. its been about three months now, no wax sticks,, and my saw is worthless,, and my blades are worn out due to there stupid wax (easy to fix problem) Put a dam caps on the end for shipment,, We the customer dont want empty tubes, and a saw that dont work with out it,, grrrr... is there any commen sense people out there... hello..... maybe ill get my wax stic after i file this complaint and get new blades cause there dammaged now,, Time is money... Im sick of waiting 3 months and still nothing..it was easy to charge my account, ... This company is a JOKE....
