Omnitrace corp No results after 2 years Delray , Florida

I paid  $1200 for a search for birth parents to Omnitrace Corp. two years ago.  I submitted all the documentation that was available to me in regard to aiding in the search.  The only communication from Omnitrace was from emails I initiated.

The only response was the search "was in progress" and to contact them again.  My last emails have gone unanswered.  So essencially there has been absolutely NO results for the money given to them. 

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you have thousands of dollars you want to give away.  No Results; No Communication.  This has been nothing but a rip off.  It is cruel to get peoples hope up with empty promises.  I have to believe the "good reviews" on their website are self-generated.
