"Fiona" is a fraud, filing false reports - here is the proof...

In THIS ripoff report (above), "Fiona" claims that she was a "model" who had to mail in a cashier's check, and accuses one of the owners of not helping her, but instead asking her on a date...

This same "Fiona" filed the following Ripoff Report, Claming she was an ex-employee of OneModelPlace:

Clearly, she was never an employee of our company.

IN RESPONSE to the claim about being "had to send a cashiers check":

OneModelPlace has an automated signup system, which takes credit card and PayPal payments (just like ANY web-based business; the only time we ever accept checks is when a member calls in to our offices because they do not have a credit card, or prefer to pay by check - in which case we take personal or business checks - we have no reason to at all ask for cashier's checks...


IN RESPONSE to "i asked stuart burden to help me":

Mr. Burden is the founder of the site, and the lead programmer - he does not handle matters related to memberships or customer service issues. There is no way to contact Mr. Burden through our customer service channels.

Even if a member were able to contact Mr. Burden directly, any such inquiry asking for assistance would have been forwarded to our Customer Service Department. His role in the company is far too time-consuming and valuable for him to handle customer-service queries.


IN REPSONSE to "he just tried to make me go on a date with him and told me he would put me in the main front page":

Members who make the "Featured" spots are selected by the administrative staff (not Mr. Burden) based on experience, quality and variety of work. The notion that someone would email Mr. Burden and he would reply with "go on a date with me" to a random person on the internet is really just silly.

BOTTOM LINE:

We have a pretty good idea of who posted this false claim; and the truth is that "Fiona" isn't who she appears to be (either in the context of being a recent OMP member, or even being a female model).

OMP has over 200,000 active members, ranging from begining models and photographers to media stars who use OMP because it is the oldest and most professional of the modeling/phtography communities.

Clearly these false accusations have no basis. We stand behind our name and good reputation. There is a reason that we are the most established and largest of all the modeling sites, because we repect our members and act like a professional, repsonsible business.

Our email and phones are always available for ANY complaint or query regarding OneModelPlace, our rules and practices.

It is unfortunate to see people using RipOff Report for this type of nonsense.
