I too have been scammed by On-Rebate and Tiger direct!! It involves a $75 rebate for an X2Gen monitor. I made SURE I followed all the instructions to the letter for the rebate. I checked and double checked everything.

I was told my rebate was rejected because it did not have the correct serial number. When I checked my paper work it DID have the correct number. I was told by a rep on the phone at on-rebate that they were having trouble with X2Gen not paying the rebates even though the information was correct.

I was told in an email by Antoine Myers that I should resubmit my paperwork. I did that and have confirmation from postal service that the letter was received, but I have yet to hear from On-Rebate despite several emails!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!

I'm currently on hold for a representative..it's been 32 mins. so far! On-rebates busisness practices are horrible!!
