I filed a rebate on Oct 7 2006 I did not recieve my rebate nor did I recieve a email saying they did not recieve the rebate information.

Sent them a Email on about 12/2/2006 not documented I did not save the email I sent them, No reply from them, on 12/24/2006 I sent 2 emails documented and saved, I also tried to call several times only to be left sitting on hold for 20 or 25 minuts.

Talked to someone 01/04/2007 they say that the rebate was never recieved and the woman was rude and told me it was to late anyway and I would not get my rebate because the time ran out.

"If you do not like your job then quit"

When I checked the status of the rebate on there site there was a check mark next to payment sent, Now it has an X next to it.

The payment was supposed to be made via paypal.
I have called TigerDirect, I even Called Intel to let them know of the problems with Tiger/OnRebate but no one cares, they will continue to screw people out of there money and I hope that someone does file a class action lawsuite.

Lesson learned from this. Document everything and send It Return reciept because if you don't they will screw you.

I think they sort out the ones that are not return reciept and claim they did not get them "more money for them".
I will make one more small purchase with a rebate on it so I can see if I get ripped off again.

If I do I will no longer do business with tigerdirect nor will I purchase anything with OnRebate associated with it
