On-Site.com Provide fraudulent tenant profiles to rental agencies

Regarding this On-Site report. Where do I start? This report has so many errors. First off, my supposed "applications" for residences: The Cazenovia NY addresses were not "applications" they are addresses of my college dorm room (1993) and an apartment I lived in for about 6 months during my 2nd year of college (1995) - The report states I "applied" for them in 2010!!!

The Albany address was a residence I lived in from 1998-2000. The report states I "applied" there in 2013!!! The Allentown address is an apartment I co-signed for an ex-girlfriend in 2009. The report states I "applied" there in 2019!!! My current residence, Dresher rd Kempton PA, has been my address since 2004. The report states I "applied" there in 2019!!!

Regarding my supposed "criminal record": The report has my ONE DUI listed as THREE separate charges. I had 1 DUI charge in 2003 which included the "wrong way" charge. ALL charges were dismissed and expunged following my completion of an ARD program. I was over the legal limit (barely) and picking up my female cousin after she was left stranded without a ride by her boyfriend in downtown Allentown.

I did not know Allentown very well and the "One Way" sign for that street had been removed and was non-existent. Which was why those charges were DROPPED in 2003!!! The "felony" charge: "Felony burglary with intent to commit a crime" was related to the date-rape of my little sister by her co-worker. I attempted to rescue her, from her attacker, at his apartment and those charges were reduced to simple trespass. The RAPIST pressed charges on me for attempting to enter his apartment to rescue my sister!!!!

The charges were DROPPED/reduced to simple NON-misdeneanor trespass amd I paid a $50 fine! These "reports" are so flawed, and they are being used by rental/real estate companies to "screen" renters. They are about $15 cheaper than an ACTUAL credir report, and over $100 cheaper than an ACTUAL background check! Which is why these places use them!!! Good people are being painted as scumbags and it needs to STOP!!!
