On Time Garage Door is a  Fictitious Name used by the parent company. The parent company is Ride Away Services Inc. It's President is Itzhak Mansur. We purchased 2-garage doors for our Miami home. They promised us it would be installed April 3rd. They never showed up. Gave us the run-around for 2-1/2 months. We hired a security guard to stay at the house because they removed 2-doors leaving our home un-secured. They continually told us they would be there but never showed up. They had every excuse including "It's a Jewish Holiday", "The owner is in Israel", "The truck broke down", "The Installer got hurt & cannot make it", "It's raining", "The Installer got food poisining", "They will be there in 30-minutes."

Aside from being continually lied to, I called another company who completed the job in 6-days. When I told Itzhak Mansur I wanted my money back he became irate. He physically threatened my husband saying he had friends in the "Jewish Mafia."He threatened to place a lien on my home. He never pulled a building permit & of course couldn't lein our home. It was the WORST buying experience of our lives. We cannot believe how people could be so dishonest & have complete lack of heart when they continually stiffed us, lied to us, wasted our time & cost us thousands of dollars having to pay for a security guard to watch our unsecured home. Needless to say we lost the $3200.00 deposit we paid them. We've contacted our bank & are contesting the payment.

On Time Garage Door was never "On Time" for months. Absolutely the worst nightmare company you will ever come across. If they have made promises to you expect the worst. They are not honorable.
