Collecting a deposit and not doing the work. Go to Home Depot and the job is guaranteed at a price less than these con artist. Thieves. Crooks. They come up number one on the Internet. So do your research and be aware. Paid with a check and kept copy of check and invoice. So next step is file a police report.
