Oncor Electric, Oncor Electric/TXU Cut out my fence, broke off posts at the ground, to access property! Weatherford Texas

Oncor had tree trimmers out in Weatherford, TX during the week of March 16. Instead of contacting us, or even asking, these tree trimmers cut out and removed approximately 8 feet of my fence at my farm. They broke off the fenceposts at the ground by driving over them, and also drove over and destroyed an aluminum section of gate. I was in shock, I have never in my life seen a company do such damage to someone's personal property. What is even worse, we have always made sure the electric company has a key to the main gate, they use it monthly to read the meter (well, most of the time, now they "guesstimate" the meter, we are overbilled 90% of the time). On top of destroying my fence, they did NOTHING to secure it when they left!! We have animals!

My cattle were out on Interstate 20. One of my cows was missing and later found injured. I had to go buy tools and hire a guy under emergency circumstances to do a fence repair after hours. I also had to hire a cowboy to catch my cattle.

I have called and called, finally 2 weeks ago a customer service rep., Jessica, admitted they were trimming trees in my area during that time. She was very apologetic and said she would "send me a claim form." I have received nothing.

At this point, it looks like they are going to do absolutely nothing.
