ONE CLICK CASH How to File a Criminal Complaint Niobrara Nebraska

One Click Cash (and it's many alias companies- SFS, INC for one) is located on the Santee Sioux Indian Reservation in Niobrara Nebraska.
They were recently sued by the Attorney General of Colorada and several other states to stop their illegal activities.
In court documents One Click Cash has claimed immunity from State law because they were incorporated by a "sovereign nation"- The Santee Sioux Indian Nation.
The State of Nebraska issued a "cease and desist" order in 2007, but this order ONLY stopped One Click Cash from making loans to Nebraska residents, and not to loans outside of Nebraska. Dont waste your time complaining to The Nebraska Attorney General or the Nebraska Dept of Banking, they will claim that they will investigate but in reality they are unable, or have been prevented from doing anything to help non-residents of Nebraska.

My Senator from Texas- John Cornyn, contacted the US Dept of Justice on my behalf and I was informed that my complaint had been reported to the US Attorney in Nebraska. I have followed up with the US Attorney and they sent me an official complaint form.
