One guard is a rip off because they won't come and fix your a/c until it is 90+ degrees outside. Ninety outside and over one hundred inside. It took over 5 days of very uncomfortable nights and days to fix my a/c. Also they continue to raise their seasonal checks by $10 every year. If a claim is made, the next year they raise your yearly premium. Because of my claim, they raised my premium $154. They want to recover your claim. Isn't the premium good enough?
